Meet the Founder

Janeth Moreno, Esq. LL.M., is the founder and Managing Attorney at Moreno Law. The firm provides comprehensive guidance in various areas, including deportation defense, family reunification, humanitarian visas, waivers, and naturalization.

Attorney Moreno is licensed in Mexico and New York, and she was born in Mexicali, Mexico. She’s affiliated with esteemed legal associations, such as AILA, New York State Bar Association, and Boston Bar Association. She served as the former president of the Massachusetts Hispanic Attorneys Association and was appointed by Senators Markey and Warren to the be part of the Bipartisan Advisory Committee on Judicial Appointments in Massachusetts.

Atty Moreno is trained in international law, refugee protection, human rights, and immigration, asylum cases, global affairs, and gender equality.
