Meet the Founder

Janeth Moreno, Esq. LL.M., is the founder and Managing Attorney at Moreno Law Immigration. As a dedicated Immigration Attorney in Boston, she leads the firm’s comprehensive guidance in areas including deportation defense, family reunification, humanitarian visas, waivers, and naturalization.

Attorney Moreno holds law licenses in Mexico and New York and is a native of Mexicali, Mexico. She holds membership in several esteemed legal associations, including AILA, the New York State Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association. She previously served as president of the Massachusetts Hispanic Attorneys Association, and Senators Markey and Warren appointed her to the Bipartisan Advisory Committee on Judicial Appointments in Massachusetts.

Attorney Moreno has trained extensively in international law, refugee protection, human rights, immigration and asylum cases, global affairs, and gender equality.
