Today, Attorney Janeth Moreno leads our team of Boston immigration attorneys from the heart of Boston’s Financial District. Specifically, we bring deep experience in asylum law, family-based immigration, and removal defense. We also understand the cultures and languages of our diverse clients across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Maine.

Meet the Founder

Janeth Moreno, Esq. LL.M., is the founder and Managing Attorney at Moreno Law. As a dedicated Boston immigration attorney, she leads the firm’s comprehensive guidance in areas including deportation defense, family reunification, humanitarian visas, waivers, and naturalization.

Attorney Moreno holds law licenses in Mexico and New York and is a native of Mexicali, Mexico. She holds membership in several esteemed legal associations, including AILA, the New York State Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association. She previously served as president of the Massachusetts Hispanic Attorneys Association, and Senators Markey and Warren appointed her to the Bipartisan Advisory Committee on Judicial Appointments in Massachusetts.

Attorney Moreno has trained extensively in international law, refugee protection, human rights, immigration and asylum cases, global affairs, and gender equality.
