Over the weekend Moreno Law presented a Know Your Rights workshop in Lynn, MA with the support of The Massachusetts Association of Hispanic Attorney’s, and both the Mexican and Guatemalan consulate. Equipped with an all-star volunteer team, we were able to connect with the immigrant community by ensuring they were aware of their rights in America and, for those who registered, we were able to complete over 80 screenings with Immigration Attorney’s. We would like to thank everyone who participated this weekend, especially Rev. Israel and Rev. Oliveira at St. Joseph’s Parish for welcoming us and hosting this special event for their community. We hope to provide more of these workshops in all the greater Boston communities!
