Attorney Janeth Moreno was invited by Centro Presente to speak at the Massachusetts State House on the current issue of the U.S. deciding to cancel Temporary Protection Status for more migrants. She spoke on the legal parameters of TPS and who qualified in the past as well as who qualifies going forward with the recent changes. She was accompanied by IvÃ¡n Espinoza-Madrigal, Executive Director of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Economic Justice. The esteemed panelists all contributed to educating the public about the status of TPS and how it impacts our communities. It was an honor for Moreno Law to be invited and work alongside other passionate advocates in the Boston area.
